08/25/10 Updates and Stuff

Hey everyone,

First we would like to thank you all for giving us a great summer (so far) – we played a great set of shows, met some new friends, and got to hang out with some of our old ones. We want to fill you in on some things that are in development for the next few weeks/months.

Shows – We still have tons of open dates. CT, MA, NH people get at us, we havn’t played your state in a while!

Video – We just shot some new video stuff over the past few weeks. One video is an update of sorts, and we also shot a video for Let’s Reflect. The music video is nothing fancy, but we felt it would be a fun experience, as none of us had shot a music video before. Thanks to Nick Somers for the hard work he has put in so far. We can’t wait to see the finished work!

New Album – Yes. We post about it occassionally, but a new EP is in the works. It reflects where we are going musically and lyrically for future material. It is not a drastic change, but we think this material is what James always wanted to write for the first record, a TRUE mix of hardcore and metal that blends in and out of melody and heaviness in each song. The material is much more fast-paced, so it should be a different listening experience. About 3.5 songs of 6 are being finished up, and the album should start preproduction sometime in late September and October, with a release after the new year.

Besides that news, we would like to say thanks to all of those who came out to Club Hell on Friday. We were fortunate to share the stage with a varied collection of very talented bands: Ultrageist, Last Chance to Reason, Lie Becomes Legend, and Ruins.

06/19/10 Thank You!

Thank you so much to everyone that came to the Lupo’s show last night. Whether you were there for us, Vanna, or one of the other bands it was an uplifting sight to see so many people supporting Providence music. Me personally, had many moments of total awe at the amount of people tearing shit up in the pit, singing along, and just looking like they were having a good time. We are going to announce some shows in a week or so that will keep us occupied throughout July. I can safely say that we will be making a trip up to New Hampshire again, so all you folks up there, get ready!

As Vanna said last night: It’s you guys who keep us going, and without having friends and family and fans like you, keeping things going for 2 years would be a very difficult task.

YOOO! Hey people, we have a show this wednesday evening at Jerky’s in providence, RI. This special show is with our good pals Acariya… some of you might be familiar with a thing called Metal Night here in this good ol’ city – and well… that is the event we are playing. Check the shows section for time and details. Pretty positive this show is 18+. This is our last show in May, so make sure you come out, or Mike might have to send you pictures of himself in a baby diaper. See you there bitches!
